WHAT IS GROUP TRAINING?

- Our Group Training program is designed to maximize results in minimal time and provide participants with specialized support, programming and education.

- Each session is uniquely created and delivered by our team of highly motivated coaches.

- All workouts are designed to a specific '60 minute formula' of Strength, Endurance and Cardio.

THE SCIENCE, BENEFIT & PURPOSE

We created a Group Training program that provides participants with specialized programming and support. It's customizable time format of 60 minutes allows for maximum results in a motivating, engaging, community environment.

- 6 weekly 'Performance Assessment' (Goal Setting/Reassessing, Body Scan and Physical Assessment)
